4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the data processing conditions and security measures specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, only in mandatory situations:

  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Requesting that the corrections, deletions, and destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on their nature. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied.

("Blanca Gaia"), this Commercial Electronic Message Information Text has been prepared to inform you within the scope of relevant legal legislation, primarily the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 ("LEREC"), the Electronic Communication Law No. 5809 ("ECL"), the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("LPPD"), and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

  • By clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the emails sent to you,
  • By applying the refusal code/method specified in SMS messages,
